Greetings beautiful souls,
Let us open a new pathway around the word "trauma." I have been witnessing more and more people wear this word like a badge of honor. But I feel called to remind us: this was never its true intention.
Trauma is neither good nor bad, it simply is. It is a moment, a frequency, a mirror. It is your soul asking, "how will you respond now?"
Let me be clear, I am not referring here to childood trauma, which carries its own complexity and depth. That is a sacred conversation for another time. Here, I'm speaking of the moments we encounter as adults, those unexpected events that catch us off-guard, crack open our assumptions, and place us squarely in the fire of the now.
We live in a Universal Hall of Mirrors. Every interaction, every situation, is a reflection-revealing our inner thoughts, emotions, and belief systems. These reflections generate the frequency we emit, which then radiates out into the collective field. The universe, being a perfect mirror, simply reflects back.
Yes, trauma can feel overwhelming. This world is not an easy one to navigate--especially when we have forgotten that we are, in essence, unlimited creator beings of light and sound. It's no accident we find ourselves in these catalytic moments. We co-create this reality, continously, breath by breath.
Trauma interrupts.
It stops us in our tracks. It demands attention. It widens our lens of perception and invites deeper awareness. It does not define us-it awakens us.
These moments are not asking for our fear or resistance. They are asking for our presence. For they are revealing how coherant. or, incoherant our central nervous system truly is. This matters deeply, because the CNS is the bridge between consciousness and physical matter. The CNS also reflects our phyiscal, and mental well-being.
So instead of looping in the narrative of "what happened," I invite you to shift the question: "How is the trauma speaking through my nervous system?" What is it reflecting into my outer world?"
When we shift from fear to curiosity, we make space for something far greater then survival. We allow the field and body to reorganize itself-not around the wound, but around the wisdom waiting behind it.
This isn't about bypassing or minimizing real pain. It's about approaching trauma not as a static identity, but as a harmonic opportunity for coherance.
Let's stop wearing trauma like armor.
Let's start listening to it like a tuning fork.
***If you made it this far, I express infinite gratitude for your attention. For attention is our GREATEST commodity. I'm blessed to have yours, even for a short period. My desire is that this article invited you to engage with a softer, more open perspective around the word trauma.
