Every nervous system holds stress, trauma, and chronic pain differently. Explore our two primary local somatic pathways below to find the exact therapeutic support your body is asking for today—whether that is through active, nervous system regulation or deeply restorative, hands-on myofascial bodywork.

Myofascial Bodywork
A hands-on, deeply intuitive therapeutic bodywork experience. By applying gentle, sustained pressure to the fluid-filled networks of your connective tissue (fascia), we work together to melt away long-held physical restrictions, ease chronic pain, and restore comfortable, fluid movement to your joints and muscles.
55 minute sessions
📍Hosted at Woodstown Specialty Clinic and Wellness Center

In-Person TRE™ Classes
In this class small group class, you will be guided through a series of simple movement exercises designed to safely activate your body’s natural, neurogenic shaking reflex. This involuntary shaking, called a therapeutic tremor, is a practice that allows your body to physically discharge chronic stress, calm an overactive nervous system, and release deep tension patterns.

FAQs
How do I know whether to choose a TRE™ class or Myofascial Bodywork?
Listen to what your physical and emotional body is craving. If you feel a buildup of restless energy, high anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm, and want to learn a self-healing tool you can use for life, TRE is a beautiful place to start. If you are experiencing structural tightness, specific chronic physical pain, or simply need to drop into a deeply restful, hands-on container where you can passively receive healing, Myofascial Bodywork is ideal.
Do I need any prior experience with somatic work or TRE™?
- Not at all. Every session and class is designed to meet you exactly where you are, with clear guidance provided every step of the way regardless of your experience level.
How should I prepare for a somatic or TRE™ session?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move and breathe with total ease. It is also helpful to arrive well-hydrated and with a light stomach so your body can fully settle into the process.
What can I expect during an Integrated Manual Therapy session?
Your session is designed to help your body relax and feel at ease, allowing me to work with it gently and effectively. If I notice a protective or guarding pattern you may not be aware of, I may offer gentle cues to help you soften.
If your nervous system needs additional support, I’ll help create the conditions for greater ease. Nothing is forced; I meet you and your body exactly where you are.
What can I expect from a virtual session?
Virtual TRE™ sessions are held through Zoom, so please have the app installed before your appointment. At the start of your session, we’ll take a few minutes to answer any questions and help you get comfortable. From there, you’ll be guided through the TRE® exercises with check-ins throughout the session to support you as you move through the practice at your own pace.
What if emotions arise during or after a session?
As the body begins to soften and patterns of tension shift, emotions or physical responses such as tears, trembling, warmth, or changes in breathing may arise. These responses don’t need to be analyzed or explained.
You are always in control of your experience. The session can pause, slow down, change direction, or stop at any time, and you’ll be met with care and without judgment.
These sessions are not a substitute for mental health care. If additional emotional support is needed, connecting with a licensed mental health professional may be recommended.
Do you accept insurance and what forms of payment are accepted?
Liquid Radiance Health does not accept insurance; however, a receipt can be provided for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Payment can be made by cash, check, Venmo, credit or debit card, or HSA card.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance through your booking confirmation link. For class series, specific guidelines are outlined during registration.
Your Invitation to Soften
Tension has a way of anchoring itself deep within the physical frame, but release is always within reach. Through both our individual sessions and small group classes, you can allow your nervous system to untangle, your breath to deepen, and your body to remember its original state of fluid resilience.
